Client Cancellation Rates
Analyze the number of assigned shifts clients cancel versus their total requested shifts.
Note: "Assigned Shifts Cancelled by Client" only includes shifts where an employee was already assigned before the client cancelled. Unfilled shifts that a client cancels are hard-deleted from the database and cannot be accurately counted.
